Especially if you find out that the Basques refused to replicate themselves in the game and you end with a squad of 38 year old players and the most exitement thing you can get is no retirement announcment at the end of the season. (That was in CM4)
In my experience all of the following lower leagues are very though if you don't choose some of the more easier manageable clubs:
Belgium, Finnland, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Romania. That's the other way of bragging, I was sacked in all those leagues at least once. But as a Swiss I always like the idea to make a newly promoted German Regionalliga Club the new Bayern Munich. I failed in the past, but I will try it again.
East Asia is a good place because you have to get used with the club and player names first.
I remember a saved game with managing a club in Indonesia. About 90% of the club names starting with P and they all look very similar. I stoped this game after the second season fixtures were not displayed by the game. Since than I still have some mixed feelings when a season ends.
