I've had some pretty nasty runs of form because of low morale. A single draw can easily lead to 15-game winless streaks, and turning morale and form around is the hardest thing on this game.
I always find playing cup games to be helpful. On more than one occasion I've had a team with poor morale step it up for a cup match, win and then take the morale boost from there into the league.

Cups Save Arse
Wish that was the same for my abysmal, 18 games without a win, York side. As mentioned, 18 games without a win, including 4 cup ties against Staines who held me at home in 2 different cups before beating me in the replays at their place.
If my teams morale is complet down I sometimes consider and arrange a friendly game, especially during a 10 days break due to international games. It helps sometimes a bit to push the morale into the right direction again.
