No probs. From what i've heard (and personal experience), i'm not too sure that it is actually possible in FM2005 though. Only time can tell...

In earlier versions of the game, making sure that every person in the club had a full time contract resulted in a switch from semi pro to pro. Sometimes it would take me ages to find the culprit who was yet to sign a pro contract, thus hampering my move to professional status. Don't know about this version though, as I haven't had enough game time/success in it to warrant becoming pro.

As for implementing day jobs in FM 2006 for semi pro clubs...
