Well, I'm back. Patched, and ready and raring for another bash at an LLM Update. I'm now midway through my fourth season, and will post myself slowly up to date. Tonight - first season.

I decided that I'd have to turn myself over to Frank for my selection of club. Frank has selected wisely, and for me he has selected Anapolis FC of the Brazilian National Third Division Group Stage, and the Goias State Championship.

Home is the 20000 seater Stadium Jonas Duarte, the first match is in about two weeks time on the 18th January 2004 in the Goias state championship. After that, I'll play in the 3rd Division, Group 16. After that, I have absolutely no idea...

I have 24 players, but only one GK and a single left sided player. On my staff, I have a coach, a scout, and a physio, all of whom must see involvement in a professional football club as a difficult second job that distracts them from managing the school team they must have come from...

I'm £124k in the red, which is not ideal, but such is life. On the upside, I have a massive 5.75k per week wage budget, and I'm only spending 3k. There is hope, too, of developing players as my reserves and my under 20's have full calendars.

So - immediate objectives:
- Evaluate the squad and strengthen the obviously weak areas (goal / left side)
- Sort out some staff
- Find out how one gets out of this division, if I can.

First season run down tomorrow.

If you can post only once a month, how do we know he is bluffing?

Or can we all play a game and pretend to be in our 4th season? Because we can only post a half season update and then the end of season one.?

Am I so niave as to beg the moderators for a post without playing 3 seasons? Or does everyone do it?

Having never had an original thread for an LLM game, I thought that you were only allowed 1 update per calender month, with an half season update if you like.

I interpret the rules to include answering any replies whenever, but I thought thems was de wules!

Please correct me if Im wrong

Yes, one update per month, as in updating one savegame per month. How often you post updates on your game is up to you and the speed you play.

The current rule is that you must have completed at least 3 seasons before starting an update thread. If you want to update on all 3 seasons in one post that's fine. If you weant to update on them with three different posts, that's fine too, as long as you post them in short intervals (that's the closest you can get to avoid having people "bluffing", as you put it).
