When you guys start a new game and you pick your manager's roots do you go with the country of your birth or do you choose somewhere else?

Sorry, but as a Yank... I feel I wouldn't get any respect in the Footy world. So I choose different nationalities to have some fun. I'm Belizian this time.

I take the nationality of the country I start in, or the nearest footballing power or "colonial" influence, if that would be too obscure.

It's the RPGer in me.
