Tipping: Don't ask for nor give advice in this forum.

Through ball: a pass through the opponents. Not that simple, but that's as far as i can go, see above

Relegation: in case you're relegated to non-league, you're automatically sacked.

Welcome to LLM

I know the feeling . Just stick to your guns, and remember that success earned through your own mettle is ther biggest pleasure this game can give you.

Call it soccer if you want to fellow yankee. The pooflanders coined the term so they ought to know what it means.

And Kostis, I reckon you can explain what a through ball is since it's a general term he's not familiar with. It's not tipping to give an advantage in the game.

Basically through balls are meant to split the defense and are played to space for a another player to run on to it. Ideally...and in simplistic non-tipping terms.

A through ball, IMO, is a pass made to a player making a run behind the defender i.e. the ball is played through the line of defence.

First Option - you aquire the right to be allowed to make a bid for the player before any other incoming bids are considered.

Full back is to defender as Defensive End is to the defensive line in NFL - they're the defenders on the wings (sides).

First option: You set a value you are willing to pay now and one you are willing to pay later for you to have priority in the purchase of a player.

Full Back x Defender: full backs are defenders, but they are those who play in the sides of the field. A D R is a full back, a D C is a defender.

And a D RC can be one of those, both, or, in most cases, none.

It depends, Julian.

I've seen 'Lo Pelat' (Spanish shaven-head AMC. Ex-Barça, ex-Lazio, now at Espanyol who recently got his first cap) do some piercing passes to the wings that can only qualify as through balls, even though they weren't played behind the defence...

But I agree it's mostly as you say.

another advice which should not be considered as tipping: consult the manual to learn some basics about the game and terms used in the game.

Patience is one of the most important attributes in a mens life.

And don't buy a game without a manual.

Again, Mr. Arrogant, you haven't read the initial post.

It is clear from his post that dbd63 is currently playing the demo until his newly purchased game arrives. Are you willing to substantiate your allegation that he is a software pirate?

For someone who claims LLaMa's are unfriendly, I'd say that's a pretty aggressive welcome. Pots and Kettles, perhaps?
