Yup, big problem and one with no real solution at the moment.

There's database entries for the Northern, Southern, and Isthmian leagues, and they each have a few teams in them.

If it's any conselation(sic) the distribution of the clubs in between the north and south divisions is just as chaotic in real life.

My local team Kettering Town FC did not know which division they were going to play in untill a month before the season started. The delay resulted in us losing our best player to Barnet because he didn't want to risk playing in the Conferance North.

It also affects the fans, we didn't know if we were going to be called Dirty Northerners or Theiving Cockneys through out the season.

I don't suppose there's any utilities we can use to change the division a team is in when relegated or anything? Just a bit unrealistic when your team gets relegated into the Conference North and you're one of the southern most teams in the country
