BoroPhil: asking how to sign players is not a legitimate LLM question. It implies there is some special magical way around the "scout finds a player - I put a bid in for the player" scenario. If there was such a way, it would have no place on this forum.

How to sign players: Offer them contracts. If they agree, congrats, if not, find someone else. Repeat same.
