I had a chairman whom I owed 75k per month.

He never asked for a sacrifice to ease the payments, but, occasionally put 200k into the club.

Same chairman wouldnt allow anyincreasing of the wage structure!

Point being: If he can afford to inject cash to a club to keep it afloat why the hell doesnt he refuse his 75k per month and allow extra wages?

General question.

I'm trying, but failing, to understand that and coffee isn't helping. I think you're indicating that you're paying off a loan at 75k per month (and here's the puzzler) to the chairman.

I've never heard - in FM/CM at least - of a club owing money to its' chairman, so I can only guess you've got it a tad confused.

I'm prepared to be wrong, however, if you're certain.

There are a number of clubs in FM and in RL who have loans from the board. A number of clubs especially in Germany who are paying big sums of money to the board from the start of the game.

CEO's expect return on their money, football is a business, and a difficult one at that one at that. You could make millions and get no silverware and fail, you could win lots and go bust!! Harsh but fair.

That sounds a little counter-intuitive to me, but then again I suppose there's a reason I've got a £1500 overdraft limit.
