You can use the same:
Skins/Logos/Facepacks
Training
PKMs
Tactics
etc

WWSM comes with US English chosen by default but you can choose UK English

You have to use different patches (ie you can't use an FM 08 patch on WWSM).

Sorry for the double post...

You can load a WWSM savegame in FM 08 and viceversa as well.

Serp i'm guessing hes from one of the Americas and is questioning whether to buy FM08 or the alternative, if its easier to get hold of? Just a guesstimate though xD

The only differences are cosmetic, Manager becomes Head Coach, Football becomes Soccer (in WSM anyway) and the likes.

That's why I was wondering. To my mind you just buy the one that you can.

WWSM takes longer to get
and the patches dont come as soon
and if you like editors and fm scouts, they don't work with wwsm either i dont think.

in summary, i dont know why wwsm exists.

Well judging by his user-name he's from somewhere considerably closer to home.

My apologies. But your original query does make it sound like you're working out which version to download. And it's widely known that everyone from Hull is a tea-leaf.
