Has anyone been able to sign Beckham? I've had bids accepted but, even if I give him the best contract I possible can, he says he wants to end his career with LA.

I tried seeing if he'd come to teams like Chelsea or Man Utd but he won't

Does Beckham have some sort of deal with SI? He has that greyish professional model-like photo in his profile. He has incredible stats even though he just isn't that good anymore, an he always says he wants to stay at LA.

He's not there to play football, he's there 'cause it's a career move in terms of when he retires.

ie. he wants to become more famous in the states so he can make even more ridiculous amounts money etc. when he hangs up his boots.

I signed him in FM07 as a 33 y.o. to Fulham.
