Hi all, I have not started to play fm08 yet because of the obvious reasons so until it's all fixed I'm continuing on fm07 now is it possible on 08 that you can make a player train away from the rest of the team or stop him playing in reserve/under 21 games ? The reason I ask is I think it would be a good idea that if you had a player who was stepping out of line and causing a disruptive influence on your team you should be able to tell him he is not allowed near the traning ground or is going to train away from the 1st team until he sorts out his attitude or until you find someone silly enough to take him off your hands after alll case's like this have been done to punish players in real life. So does anyone else think this would be a good idea to impliment in the next version on Football Manager if it's not already in 08 ?
There's no option to do that specifically. But you could always mess with the players training schedule and just make him do 'none' for every section. That way I can't see how he'd interact with the other players.
I think the only way to make this type of discipline work is to assume control of the reserve/U21 team yourself and refuse to play him. However, even if you go on holiday, your ass man might still play him, even if you tick the option to use the listed roster for player selection.

Loan him out for a month.
It's punishment hence I don't want him training with the squad or playing any kind of football so why would I want to loan him out so he can play football ? I want him to rot and suffer for a bit get it ?
