Default Lack of fitness coaches
Anyone else found it hard to find a fitness coach. On my game there are 4 coaches not employed that have above 1 on fitness. Only one of those four are fitness based and none want to sign as fitness coach.

Is the fitness attribute any use, or can a fitness based coach with 1 on fitness do a good job. Not that I even know those coaches exsist but still. Would be nice if you could filter by coaching style.

I'm in the second season with a large database.

Might be a scouting issue. I can find lots on mine. Get a couple more scouts, perhaps with other country knowledge then look around.

I've found loads. I pinched a really good one from Millwall.

Try offering them a job as Coach or First Team Coach. It might perk their interest.

I have the same problem. I manage a team just promoted to BSS, and I can sign about 20 coaches, fisios, youth coaches, first team coaches, assistants, scouts... about 8 keeper assistants and only 1 fitness coach. It's quite hard IMHO.
