Not unless you have to start a new save for the fix to work - I get at least 2 or 3 goals ruled offside every game (and goals from corners ruled out for fouls)
But thats not the real problem, the real problem is that the match engine still generates 30-40 attempts at goal from what I consider to be a fairly balanced tactic and then has to make 95% of the efforts miss or be ruled out in order to produce a realistic score.
