Basically, I am on my sixth season in one of my games and i have noticed that the match speed has gradually slowed down over the period i have been playing.
When i first started out, i played with match speed 2 notches from the top, on this setting, my matches ran fast. However as i have progressed i have needed to increase the speed of my matches to make them playable as they are slowing down. I am now on the top match speed setting, but this is still not as fast as the setting i had it on when i first started!! I am worried that my game will soon become to slow to be playable.
I've noticed this too, with my first half being very slow but the second half being fine.
There was a thing released for FM07 which increased match speed so as it was almost instant result (although you could adjust it to your preference), it might get rehashed for 08.
