...assuming there will be on in early Feb, it might be a nice idea to do something similar to the 'Allow transfer budgets' option that we have now.
If we start a new game and the club we control has all the players signed that summer, as well as the players from this month, it makes the game unrealistic that then there is the opportunity to spend all that extra money.
Obviously some might like the option to have the money so you could have three choices:
1. Allow budgets in Summer and January.
2. Disable budgets in Summer and January and have transfers arranged and payed for for real life dates.
3. Allows January budgets, but have the January signings already at the club at the start of a new game.
