Default Question: Leagues

I want to get a club into the Champions League, but i try to sign really good young players but they cant sign because of the work permit crap >.<. Is there a country in europe that can qualify for the Champions League but the league does not require work permits for players of non EU nat?. thanks

The Dutch leagues don't have any rules about non-EU-players.

I think its just the British that use work permits, but I think that in Holland and Germany there is no limit to the amount of non-eu players you sign

There is a limit in Germany but it's something like 5.

Italian clubs are allowed more than one non eu layer in the starting 11 but can only buy 1 non eu player a season I think.

Spain has a limit but no work permit and Holland has none of the above.
