why am i never notified when a manager gets sacked from his team - in england and the rest of europe?

i know i can find out in the jobs section but i'm not checking that everyday!

it would be nice to know for example when the barcelona or juventus manager got sacked. for pure interest reasons as well as being nice to know in case i wanted to apply.

any ideas why this is as am sure it wasn't an issue on FM07.

You do get told but it's put in the world news rather than your inbox. I think it should be put back in the inbox, because sometimes you miss a really good career move. Maybe not when every manager gets sacked but at least the ones in your league and above.

Easy solution is just change your home page to the jobs page and then after every game you'll get to see what's available and what might be coming available.

Is there a way to change what comes into your inbox? If not, there should be. :thup:

changing the homepage to the jobs page is a good idea but i do like the homepage as it is which is a bit of a bummer!

inbox would deffo be better!

You can put Available Jobs & Under Pressure Managers in the Home screen.

I usually swap the bottom one (finances) out for the jobs. Just click the down arrow to the side of the title bar of the bottom section and pick what you want.

It's obvious when you're there.
