-10 is the best. Each number is a random potential.

ohh ok thanks 
You say -10 is the best, but they are all random? So how is -10 the best? How come only certain players have those set?

| It's a range. For example, Micah Richards might have a potential of -10. Which basically comes anywhere between 190-200, then -9 is 180-190. Or something like that. I can't remember the exact figures, but this should make it clearer for you.

-10 is 180-200, -9 160-180 etc iirc
