England would never be invited to play Copa América in real life. Besides the fact England is not in the Americas, there is also the fact that South Americans usually don't like English football, so we wouldn't want England in our competition.

Although Japan was invited in the late 1990s, nowadays only teams from the Americas can be invited (usually Mexico + USA or Costa Rica, Honduras and Canada have also been invited in the past).
