FMFantastic Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	fingers crossed i hope they dont fire me after 6 months or something... lol only reason i was able to transform my current team was because the chairman gave me full backing and never harrassed me or intefered in my management also most importantly gave me time even when i wasnt meeting expectations initially... im bit like jose that i dont want any board intervention ;-/
