I think the guys playing against swansea (the ones with the bloody long name...) are appealing this, as they argued that due to security etc they actually made a loss of £20k in a previous cup tie, hence they would like the match to be played elsewhere. Not certain whether this appeal has fallen on deaf ears tho.
Also i seem to remember something along these lines happening to pomepy either this year or last, i may be wrong, my memory is often quite sketchy :s
