I prefer to play a DM in front of my back 2 with most teams i manage but in FM 2007 i cant seem to get the tactics correct. in previous fm's my DM has always outperformed other players, this year however quite the oposite. Even if i win the game easily my DM will only play an average 7. Can anyone give me advice on indidual tactics for DM.

Dont think anything will help your DMs rating TBH, everyone seems to be moaning that this position gets crap ratings no matter what. Seems to be one of the bugs, might be wrong though.

It seems DM's need to be involved in attacking moves in order to get good ratings, which goes against the point of using them. They will still do their job however, they just won't get a good rating for doing it.
