Does anyone know how i can find a player using only the unique i.d. in FM or using other software?

Start FM Genie, load the database (it's an offline DB searcher) then insert the Unique Id or the name in the Search field and you can find any player or staff you need (not officials unfortunately)

thanks for the help.

I cant get it to work. I have fm genie scout 2007 v.100b7 and i load my save game then click on the player search and put the unique id in the name box and i get no results.

Am i using the wrong version or using the wrong search box?

Ok i was using thw wrong thing. I have got FM Genie and when i try and load the database it comes up with an error:
"Data file seems to
be corrupt. Wanted to read 4 bytes, could only read 0 bytes.

What does this mean? Can i fix it?

This problem happens with some databases. For example WEEGIE database cannot be accessed by FM Genie, but mostly works.
