First of all you need to create a
95x95 picture in the
.png format.
The best thing to do is open up another players picture and put your picture over that and then save it as mypicture.png or something the file name doesn't matter.
Now in the 'data\graphics\pictures\' folder create another folder named
Person. You can now move the picture you created to that folder.
The last thing is to create the config.xml file for this picture. I suggest opening up another config already in the game and just removing but this is what it should look like

the mypicture should be name after the picture you saved just mypicture not mypicture.png
your player name should be the name you use in FM and the 9-3 is your birthdate 9 being the day and 3 being the month and you leave out the year.
