hi i searched for this but couldnt seem to find a relevant thread. Im sunderland and the huge bank loans are crippling me, which is unfair seen as though the club has been taken over and they will be cancelled in the data update (the new figures didnt make the production deadline for FM :-( )

anyway, is there any real time way to edit my save file to cancel my debt? or alternatively a way of making my game a more realistic, perhaps by giving myself a feeder club which will bring in 650k in merchandise a month, to cancel the loans payments.

i dont want to completely cheat and give myself loads of money, but being completely broke seems a bit unrealistic. any suggestions?

i've been fulham for 18 months and the debt still stands at 33m, despite paying off a lump sum each month, so from what i can see there's a bug in that the debt never decreases

u could just be paying the interest of the debt each month, and with such large debt you'd pay a hefty amount interest each month.

my problem lies that i shouldn't have the debt, because in real life it's been cleared by the new board. i want to delete it fairly, without giving myself a load of money which i would consider cheating.

Without Cheating on the pre game editor, you go to the club finances screen and remove any loans outstanding which neither increases nor decreases your clubs bank balance, just removes the debt

edit your club finance to 900 millions or even 2 billions with FMM2.1 or Artmoney, so the debt doesnt seem to be any concern to you as this will be just be a peanuts to you.
