Is working fine now. I sussed the problem. Is very stupid but made all the difference and gave me exactly what i wanted. When you type a figure in you have to finish by pressing the arrow up or down which changes the amount and then it doesnt default back to the original amount. It sounds very stupid but it worked as i gave leicester 20 mill!! You also have to do it for balance, wage budget etc, reputation... hope this helps

What do you mean? some times when i try clicking the up n down arrow it jus goes on for ever... would be good if i new how to work computers an databases in genral...
