Default Swapping Australian League

I have been trying to swap the Australian League with another league, as I want to play with Australian teams but have two divisions and not have restrictions like the salary cap they have in the A-League.

I have read stevenhp1987's guide and followed it (even though its for 06) to swap Australian league with the Belarus league however when I went to start a game it would say an error has occured and it made an error report.

I then tried to swap it with the slovenian league however when I played that the game carshed in the same way (creating error report), the first time in march 2007 (I had holidayed to make sure it worked) and the second time on December 8th 2006.

Is there any way I can swap the Australian League with another using the FM2007 editor?

So has anyone been able (or know how to) successfully swap countries leagues or make an inactive league active by swapping it with an active league?
