Using notepad create a blank document and save it as .edt.

Then add in the line:

"FUTURE_REGEN" "Forename" "Nickname" "Surname" "DD-MM-YYYY" "Nation" "Favoured Team"

Replacing with proper values and you shall get your regens!

Also what is that DD-MM-YYYY supposed to be? The date you want them to appear in the game?

If you put years in surely you will be getting 35 year old regens in the future no? Is all this explained in that edt thread at the top now that I've seen them mentioned?

Can't you just add yourself to the config.xml file in:
CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures\players\normal\regens\ config.xml

If I want the player to have no nickname do I just miss that bit out completely?
