When it comes to the 'sitting back' stat does high mean more likely or does it mean less likely to sit back on a lead? eg will a manager with 20 on sitting back be more likely to sit back and defend a lead or will he keep going for more goals?

I think it means most likely to sit back but don't take my word for granted.

I'd also like to know what exactly is meant by their flexiblility rating.

Furthermore, we have two managerial attributes for 'buying players' and 'subsitutions'.

Do these two mean how GOOD the manager is at buying players and making useful subs or is it about how OFTEN the manager will subsitute (use all 3 subs let's say) and buy players?

Any clarification would be much appreciated.

As for flexibility i heard that is how likely the manager is to change his tactics in a game, though how that fits with the actual tactics rating i don't know!

I'm guessing the tactics rating decides how effective the changes he makes are...
