it says -7 or -2 in most youngsters PA doesnt the Editor know what PA they will have

-7 = 110-140
-6 = 90-120
-5 = 70-100
-4 = 50-80
-3 = 30-60
-2 = 10-40

so if youngster have got -10,-9,-8 PA does mean theyre gunna be brilliant players? how long does it take to kick in?

Campbell1892: no it doesn't mean there going to be top players, its down to the training they do.
eg. Player 1 is in the Man Utd squad, Player 2 is in Q.P.R squad. Player 1 is more likely to reach hes PA then Player 2.
