Right i've played what must be over 70 odd seasons now and re started this game about 10 bloody times

Also with the same outcome, i think i have it cracked and then it goes pear shapped. Latest was Blyth where i won 6 on the trot and figured that at last with a cracking little target man i was going places.

Then 16 games without a win i was sacked.

Anyway is there a kind soul out there who wants to be my Harry Redknapp to my Tony Adams, my Bobby Robson to my Steve Staunton or my Terry Venables to my Bryan Robson.

In summary i need help and is anyone out there willing to help.

If so we can post everything on here so that it wont just help me but help other people.

The idea is that either I ask questions and get the answers or even the other way round so whoever is helping me trys to find out where i'm going wrong.

Anyone out there fancy being a hero and helping me?

Perhaps if you start of by discussing your tactic. What is it? Do you have a home and away tactic? Then once we know more about that we can get into your defensive set up and also midfield and attack and tweak where we see necessary (or overhaul as a worst case scenario ).

right tactics first

I have 6 different tactics and i've been reading everything on here it order to create them so i have

4-4-2 Home (most home games)
4-4-2 Home Def (when playing v teams much better than me)
4-4-2 Away (most away games)
4-4-2 Awayatt (v poor teams away)
4-2-4 Chase (last 15 mins when trying to get something out of the game)
4-4-2 Shut up (last 15 mins when trying to hold on to a lead)


So as you can see i've tried to mix it up abit
