What attribute makes a goalkeeper good at penalties?
Anticipation, to read which side the kicker is going for ?
Reflexes and decitions to react fast?

Interesting question, I can't imagine how its very relivant though as I can't see a team switching goalkeeper just for penalties! Just as i can't see sombody buying a goalkeeper especially for his penalty saving skills!

Perosnally I find that a keeper that has performed well in the match (8/9/10 rating), will normally do very well in a penalty shootout at the end of said match. And if the keeper has had a crappy match (4/5/6), i will often sub him before the shootout. I think performance in the match prior to the shootout is much more important than any stats in these situations.

TBF i think that a good keeper for penalties needs the same attributes as he would in a normal 90 mins e.g reflex's(most important one IMO) however I don't think handling is quite as important for pens as it is for the normal 90 mins
