A big thank you to all who contribute in this forum.....based on the knowledge I have gleaned from the threads here, I have managed to get my Rochdale squad promoted via playoff in my first season at the helm.

From going to relegation battlers (media prediction) to mid-table (board expectation) to gaining promotion is due to all the words of wisdom that the likes of Cleon, wwfan, Asmodeous and others have posted.

I'd like to echo that.

FM2007 has been a constant headache to me since I got it compared to FM06 and before.

Thanks to a lot of the info supplied in the unofficial tactics bible, I've finally managed to get to grips with it and returned to my winning ways.

A particular mention to Cleon's Sheff Utd thread which really helped me to see the benefits of pre-match and in-game tweaking. That's become the backbone of my success now.
