Can someone help me with the Training of these young and talented players:

-Anthony Vanden Borre
-Micah Richards
-Marcelo
-Giuseppe Rossi
-Carlos Vela
-Freddy Adu
-Theo Walcott

They are great players on my Real-Madrid team but it`s difficult to get the right training for them.

De Rossi won't improve at all no matter what you except maybe +1 or -1 at some places.

he hasn't got de rossi:confused he said giuseppe rossi - who btw turns out great(on my game anyway
