I have started an new game as Chelsea to test some tactics and the morale of Joe Cole, Didier Drogba and Petr Cech is very low and they all have the same thing in their information screen which is something like "worried the managers lack of experience might hinder the club's progress".

Will this disappear with time because no team talks seem to motivate these players and I can't get the best out of them as a result. If anyone has any tips on how to remediate this I would be grateful.

Also, does anybody have any suggesstions for talks to give individually and collecttively to Chelsea players that they respond well to as I've figured it out more or less for Liverpool players but now want to do so for Chelsea's

Team and player morale will improve quickly once you start winning. Try to encourage at the beginning and dont rant at them till you have established some experience. You can be more expectant at home. It is best to be non- confrontational at the start till you earn their trust. Dont be too hard on a defeat in the beginning unless it is a shocker. Individual player instructions can work wonders but you need to learn which players will respond and which will not. Encourage the younger ones.
