Is "tutoring" really useful????? What time I tutor a player from exp. player, he says that he's unhappy for personal differences.. Before tutoring what we must look behind two players???

Tutoring is the only way youngsters can learn prefered moves(as far as i know). :thup: If it makes them unhappy, that's probably because they've got nothing to learn or that the tutored player has little potential.

More like personality differences imo. If you ask an ambitious player to be tutored by a determined player, there's a possibility that there might be personality differences.

Six months, and you can's cancel it as a far as I know.

Very usefull. It seems youngsters stats improve faster and the cen learn pref moves, such as dictate tempo.

What happens when the tutor has no PPMs but is still a quality player?

I've had a couple of youngsters tutored by these types and they came away saying there was no benefit...

Do they learn anything (prehaps effects hidden attributes)?

also afterwards they can become favoured personnel and that benefits the team, as happened to me

Youngsters can develop PPMs without tutoring. I've had a regen with six, created by himself.
