as far as I know, if you want to determine how effectively he'd being tutored by another player, just look at at the personal tab...if you see some infromation such "similarly with xxxx" then he would be the best mentor to your current player

hmm that is not always the case. sometimes even tho it has that similarly thing they end up having personality differences in the end.

True, I got a youngster who got " tries killer ball often" and "dictates tempo" after 2 seasons. He was the playmaker in the u19 team and had through ball on often.

does anyone have experience of calming players down through tutoring? For example some youngsters have PPMs which suggest they like making 2 footed tackles, if you tutor them with a cultured defender who likes to stay on his feet does the very aggressive PPM get cancelled out?
