I am in charge of Macau (for sentimental reasons more than anything) and find myself losing heavily to everyone - even Cape Verde Islands and the US Virgin Islands. We have scored twice in five matches and tend to fall apart after conceding a goal in the opening three minutes.
My question for discussion is thus: What system(s) would you use with nations ranked 180th in the world and lower? I have had more joy with a simple 4-4-2, but it still leaves me horribly exposed at the back. We have very few players of note, and only five have five or more attributes in double figures. Any simple yet effective ideas or experiences would be most welcome.

I suspect Wales and Belize are not as bad as Macau, but I will try your ideas out. Thanks chaps
BTW, I have just beaten the Philippines and Thailand in the Olympic qualifiers and now face the UAE for a place in the Asian group stages...Wooo!
