Default Championship Southampton please help!
I am struggling to hit form with my Saints side. I am now in my second season, sat 12 in the Championship, and not really making any waves. I have a good squad. Starting 11 usually = Ruddy, Bale, Engelald, Rammell, Broadfoot, Iniakez, Surman, Mokoena, Lallana, Eddie Johnson and Carlton Cole.

I like to play 4-4-2, usually counter attacking with direct passing. However, this isnt working with this career, and I need some help to kick start my flagging season. Has anyone any ideas?
