Hi there
I want my team to play a possesion style, with lots of possession, but just defence and def mid, so i can call the opponent into my area, and then break in attack with a long pass to my fast strikers.
How can i do the indivual and team tactics?
If i put a slow tempo, they take a long time to approach the opp goal, if i put a quick tempo my team dont have possesion, if i put short passing they don't do long passes, etc...
Help me please

I guess it depends upon the quality of players in ur squad. If you have a good squad you can play short but quick tempo but with average squad have to play short and slow if you really want good possesion. Infact I also prefer to play possesion football. With good teams I play diamond formation short and quck while with relegation battlers I play 4-2-2-dm formation short and slow with narrow width.
