Gabi - I like your tactic, it is very solid. As for the guy above, you really need to give a tactic more than 3 games to see how effective it is.

Also, Gabi, I hope you keep developing this tactic, def my favourite tactic. But you could sort out the positions on the tactics screen as my goalkeeper is all the way up where the midfielder should be (if you know what im talking about)

hi guys.... I must say its a brilliant tactic not only what i have read in this post but now i have tried it on my own...i now i just have tried it for one game and yes i now i am Man Utd. and yes i now i was facing QPR but but but i have tried so often in my pre matches that the first 2 or 3 games not where so good but i think im gonna give this tactic a go.. I want to tell you why i chose 352

352- real life

Ok . In real life my job is .....coaching. I`m coach boys whoes bored in 1995 year. I`m working for Polish club GKS Katowice. My boys played just similar formation 352 what i created for FM. Many coaches in club, tell me that i `m " old school " coach ( they all played with back four ) but i don`t agread with their. I was on coach conference in Warsaw and i found out that 3 man in back is the future football. Also i always buy some coaching magazine and i read the same! Look for liverpool. They lost half-time with milan 3-0, benitez go to 352 formation, after 45min and they draw 3-3. Yesterday i was watched argentina games against france, and they also play with 3 man in back. I don`t wanttell you that my tactic is superb, i want some people encouraghe to create tactic with 3 men in back, becouse on fmdownloads are too many tactics with back 4. One more time, i just want to say it is my style of play, yoo can play diferent way. Thanx for any reply, best regards

i always have one tactic, nothing changes all season. I think constitency it is a key to sukcess. Play one tactic all friendly and all games. Don`t tell me thats tactic it`s bad after two games, thanx

What a great tactic my friend!!

Have just taken over the Arsenal job, the challenge was that they didn't really have the players to fit into the tactic. - No Sweeper and average wing backs! But on the plus side, Fabregas has scored 15 in 28 games from the central midfield position and Henry is on fire playing as left striker with a goal a game (28)!!

The quality and style of play is nice to watch, with several 4-0 and 5-0 wins. Lots of diagonal killer balls from the wing backs, played to the 2 front men who collect the ball wide and run through the defence to score or square the ball for the onrushing midfielders. - Now everybody' s gonna say - yeah so what - you're playing as Arsenal - maybe so, but this tactic is capable of dominating the opposition, including Man.Utd., Liverpool and Chelsea. Yes, you could play with most tactics and do well with Arsenal, but not play the other "big teams" off the park.

I,m looking forward to season 2, when I can start fitting the right players to the tactic!

Just as a last note, have also found that reducing the tempo by only one notch (slow) is better for playing against teams who play fast, direct style football, the players seem to pick their passes better which results in more possession, frustrating the opposition into making more mistakes and getting desperate with their passing.

Will keep you updated with progress and post a few screen shots as testament to quality of your tactic.

Any idea how to stop the gk to look as though hes playing in midfiled on the tactics menu. ?

1. Choose a tactic with "normal" player arangement
2. switch to Gabi's tactic in the tactic interface - you will see the positions jumbled up.
3. swap the positions of the players (e.g. drag the goalie in midfield onto the GK position) until all the players are in their correct positions
4. re-save the tactic.
