i have a whole host of young stars in my youth team at atletico and was wondering what are the best training methods to improve them!
i think i will have to use them soon, because some top players have to leave to sort out the debt!

You should let them be trained of a player in the same position. Just tell them that you think that they can learn from him.

Some players don't like it or they develop personality conflicts if you don't pick the right ones. For example, Antonio Cassano worked with Cristian Benavente but they ended up hating each other, so I sold Benavente.

Other players like training youngsters. These are mostly good, older (31+) players in my experience.
