Using opposition instructions work. Closed down midfield and wing and always had the front 2 marked down. They may score 1 or 2, but if I could score 3 or 4, I win

Rule of 1 tactics work well against the big clubs, however due to allowing starting with DM in AM position on a regular basis, I went back to the std tactics apart from DCs and highest closedown possible for team except DCs.

Spurs 3rd season so slightly different squad but results were 3-0 win away Arsenal followed by 1-0 win away to Milan and 1-1 draw with MU at Home.

One Year I got knocked out of the CL by a rosicky hat trick which was so good its not funny. One 35 yard free kick, one solo effort and 1 tap in... Next year I beat arsenal in the final on penatlies

ive always been able to get a result using the media! usually bowing down to their superiority and hopefully making them complacent!

I'd use media a lot.

If I know I have a big match coming against Arsenal..I start paying close attention to their matches, and start elevating their oppositions managers, by saying stuff like how much I respect them..or saying things like they could get their teams out of relegation.

I sometimes get really good results out of this..I did that once to united as I tried to close a 4 point gap with 8 matches to go. They actually stumbled and allowed me to narrow the gap.

Media interactions work, its just one of those parts of the game were micromanagement is needed.

but if u praise opp managers too much, your team morale goes a bit down doesnt it? Cause whenver i do, my players react " .... doesnt beleive the manager should be praising other managers."
