i persoanlly dont do this not only for the reason that a real life manager dosnt get the chance to play any game again, but for the fact that player instructions may become very personialised against your one team
I like to tweak over the course of a few games, and also try to make judgements on perfornaces against all sorts of different oppositions not just one set of 11 - this will give you a better average and if you look hard you may see patterns emerging from differnt types of opposition/styles of play/weather etc..
