imo and irl Lindenbergh couldnt hit a barnyard standing in front of it with clown shoes on!!!

But if you put Stam and grygera as your CB's you would have enough experience to put emanuelson as an LB and Heitinga as an RB!

keep in mind that in a few years it would be very handy to have players from your own youth in your first 11 as you might need them for CL.
and heitinga and emanuelson are just that (+ both good prospects for upcoming years)

Started a new game with my beloved Ajax. I bought Eddie Johnson from kansas city, as backup for J-K H also bought lasse qvist FC copenhagen and Edu also FC copenhagen.We will se in a couple of days how it goes.

Okay first of all it is K-J H!!!!!! thats so stupid and 2nd of all K-J H and johnson are also very good together as Johnson as TM and K-J H as finisher!

imo marica is good but not great! as you want to win alot soon and imo Marica is not CL winning material!

And i would also recommend Gert-Jan Tamerus as with the right training he will become the best TM in the game!
in my game he had 20 for jumping and heading and won 99 out of 100 headers! so also alot of assists naturally!

This is my current squad at the very start of the 2009/10 season.

Ok i will explain all the players that are regens.

Mamdouh Ramzy - 17 year old right back, amazing potential. My scouts rated him as a definite purchase. His stats are very good already.

Bosco Tan - The only reason Bale plays the same amount of games is because his free kick taking is 20. Bosco has 17 for free kicks but is a lot better defensivley than bale. I rejected 12m from inter in the summer, that was after just one season in the first team.

John Alberts - This lad came through my youth system, i never noticed him really until in the summer he was touted as the ideal replacment for nesta at milan. His stats are pretty decent but I'm sure he could be a star.

Petr Ciganek - Very similar ability to Alberts, he probably has slightly better stats. My scouts think he has the potential to be better than cris.

Guillem Mas - Very good player 18 years old and already battling with gago for a first team spot .

Dario Paz - I would say this player is my best youngster, his performances have been okay so far but his potential is amazing. He already has 20 for passing and compsure at the game of 17.


Shevenko - Bought him for 5.5m after he scored 2 against me in the champions league, i also liked his name. He is 19 and is worth 11m so i expect huge things.


Tatarchuk - He isnt a regen but is a good talent, last season he was probably my best player other than klose. I recjedted 26m from inter.

Kooistra - My scouts raved over this player, i got him on a free transfer from psv and he looks like the best young dutch player around. Only 18 and its his second full season, his stats are already as good as babel and to be honest babel was my best player for the first two years.

Also i play with 1 upfront, which is probably the reason klose scored so many.

And IMO Cris will be too old, You should play Pique :thup:

Pique started most game last season, i just rotate a lot. I realise cris isnt amazing but i have played soooo much fm07 i just get bored fo the same players. He is only 32 and thats no too bad for a central defender. When i first bought him at 29 my scouts said he was twice the player Heitinga was, i later sold Heitinga.


Anyway Tatarchuk starts at cska.

And next season probably drop Klose.
