60% of them are U17... so they just learn football in my academy. I've put all +18's in the reserves, and others loaned to my Affiliates to get first team exp.

As i found out! last couple of seasons, it is very important to keep about 18 players in your reserves and about 18 in your under 19's! as this is the way to let your own youth grow as much as possible!

and because after a couple of years you might need some of your own youngsters it is important to let them grow, so i would advice you to not buy anymore youngster the next couple of seasons!

but thats my opinion!

and i bought akinfeev every season also for about €14.5 million and hes great! after about 2/3 years he will get sold by your board, but set his asking price to the max. and you'll probably get about 60 million!

And dont sell sneijder, he is own youth and is a very good player, also irl!

except this sunday against AZ, he didnt do anything imo...

Have been playing a 4-4-2 diamond since recently won the league & cup (got to finals of CL where i lost to P's from r. madrid)! and won the WC with Netherlands! so its working for me

GK Stekelenburg is already very good but try and sign akinfeev!

DC = Heintinga/Stam/Grygera are all 3 great!
ST= Vela = great Loaned him for 3 years! and already worth about 15 million!!

MR= if its AMR rosales will get u about 20-25 assists a year!!

DL= Urby Emanuelson = already great and a very good prospect!

sold Rosales to Bayern for about 1.5M iirc but i have a great replacment in Pedro Leon (who got 3 assists in his first match \o/)

might stick with Lindenbergh as a LB as i need a bit of experience to settle the team down
