Oscar Ustari, although in my ver im using FMs update and hes at Getafe. I had to pay 17M for him. Not straight up though, 8M down then rest over months. Well worth it. Also Diego Cavalieri as back-up awesome.

Definately Akinfeev! He won European Goalkeeper 4 years running from 10/11-14/15 when i was Tottenham. He did cost £18m though but was well worth it!

I had Akinfeev in my second season at Valencia (Canizares retired) , he finished with an average rating of 6.60, and made so many mistakes, he single handedly cost me the league.

In my opinion a goalkeeper needs to have a lot of things to be great, apart from saving shots I like a goalie who is good in penalty situations and isnt too expensive - obviously if you pay highly you expect quality.

I agree with previous comments that Mariano Barbosa is quality, I got him on a free transfer in my 2nd season with Juve, 2008, and he ended up playing before Buffon!

Other great goalkeepers (after 2 or 3 years in the game) are Marcelo Grohle (he has an italian passport, so EU permit!) and another brazilian guy called silvera.

If money is not something you care about then i'd reccomend Sebastian Frey at Fiorentina (absolutely immense, I have to play 3 upfront to beat him) or Marco Amelia.

If you're looking for a good goalie (not great) but who is absolutely incredible with penalties, then go for Christian Abbiati. He starts off on loan at Torino from AC Milan, but he saves more penalties than any other goalie ive ever had.
