I found messi to have a 74 million release clause, which is good I think. Barcelona have to accept the offer but Messi is reluctant to leave Barcelona. I offered him the maximum I can which is 300K per month and a signing on fee of 12 million. But he still won't accept. In his personal page it says that he is concerned that Barca are accepting offers for him, and it says that he is considering his options but he still won't sign for me?! Anything I can do?

And with Kaka it's the same but he seems more reluctant to come. He says that a move to spain doesn't seem to be the right move for his carrer.

To be honest, I can't see Lionel Messi leaving Barcelona for Real Madrid unless he is wanting to leave Barcelona.

As for Kaka, if he's saying that "a move to Spain wouldn't be the right move for his career" then it looks like you won't be getting him anytime soon.

As people have already said though, you could try unsettleing them both, but that doesn't always work with the bigger players.

I had a similar issue with Messi in my current Arsenal save. I tried for something like 4 straight seasons to make the most of his release fee's but he never wanted to come.

Then, one day he magically changed his mind and agreed to join on a four-year £67k p/w contract.

Bizarre, but patience prevailed.
