He is a great allround player, but he isnt excelling in one thing (defence or midfield) if he can improve 2 or 3 stats to 18+, the choice will be easier to put him into defence, or midfield.

great player. has to be a central midfielder, so concentrate on training him there. physically he's not god enough for upfront or on the wing. only poor stat is first touch, but that should be alright in a few years.
